IDENTIFIKASI KESELAMATAN KERJA DI UNIT ADMINISTRASI DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI STIKES RS BAPTIS KEDIRI

Abstract

Work safety is an effort to prevent, overcome and reduce the impact of work accidents. The process of managing occupational safety begins with the steps of identifying, analyzing and controlling hazards. The topic raised in this discussion is the identification of occupational safety in the administration and information technology unit of STIKES RS Baptis Kediri. With 4 divisions of factors, namely physical workload factors, additional workload factors, work capacity and occupational diseases. The purpose of this study is to analyze the work risks that occur in the shop, guard post, library and canteen units and to provide solutions for handling work-related risks. This type of research is descriptive observational. The results of this study indicate that there are many factors that cause work risks. The most dominant work risk factor is the physical risk factor.
