This means that the figure reaches 31
percent of 56.5 million deaths worldwide. Cardiovascular diseases include coronary heart
disease to be the first in the list of deadly chronic diseases in the world. More than three
to four deaths from cardiovascular disease occur in developing countries and low to
moderate income. From all deaths from cardiovascular disease 7.4 million (42.3%) are
caused by coronary heart disease. Study method used observational analytic one group
pre-post test design. Sampling techniques are using probability sampling techniques with
a sample number of 32 respondents. Research instruments on educational variables and
attitudes using questionnaires and behavioral variables using observation sheets. Test the
statistics using the test Paired Sample T Test and Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with the help
of SPSS with significance value P = 0.05. The results of research using analysis of Paired
Sample T Test and Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test showed an increase in knowledge, attitudes
and behavior after given health education. Health education enhances the ability of oilmining
workers in the initial handling of chest pain. Recommendation: The results of this
research can be used as a reference to develop the initial treatment program of chest pain
in the activity of oil mine at Bojonegoro Wonocolo.
Dwi Ananto Wibrata, Naomi Ragil Putri Hartanti, Adivtian Ragayasa, Siti Nurkholifah Copyright (c) 2020 PROCEEDINGS INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF HEALTH, NURSING, AND EDUCATION https://jurnal.stikesbaptis.ac.id/index.php/ICHNE/article/view/472 Wed, 05 Aug 2020 07:02:10 +0000 EFFECTIVE WARM COMPRESSIVE EFFECTIVENESS JOINAL PAIN IN ELDERLY https://jurnal.stikesbaptis.ac.id/index.php/ICHNE/article/view/474
Elderly experience changes in joint flexibility, causing pain (Azizah, 2011). This study used a literature review design of 9 published scientific articles according to inclusion criteria. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the community in disaster management. The results of a literature study on the ability of the community in disaster management can be divided into 3 themes, namely: 1) Ability in communication and coordination at each stage of a disaster 2) The community is able to know the signs and symptoms of a disaster based on local wisdom, 3) The community is able to play an active role in every stage of disaster management. The ability of the community in disaster management is a state asset to be able to stay strong in dealing with disasters that occur, because the community will be able to rise up from every news experienced when a disaster occurs.
Vitaria Wahyu Astuti, Rimawati Rimawati Copyright (c) 2020 PROCEEDINGS INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF HEALTH, NURSING, AND EDUCATION https://jurnal.stikesbaptis.ac.id/index.php/ICHNE/article/view/510 Tue, 03 Nov 2020 00:00:00 +0000 THE ROLE OF SELENIUM TOWARDS DEVELOPMENT IN CHILDREN OF AUTIS SPECTRUM DISORDER (ASD) https://jurnal.stikesbaptis.ac.id/index.php/ICHNE/article/view/478
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder, which is
characterized by two symptoms, barriers to communication / social interaction and
restrictive (limited) / repetitive (repetitive) behavior. The study was aimed to prove the effects of the desk stretches on the LBP level on hand-rolled cigarette workers. The research design used was quasi experimental with the pretestposttest nonequivalent control group design method. There were 36 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique, divided into 2 groups of 18 people for a treatment group and 18 people for a control group. The variable measured in this study was the difference in LBP levels before and after the intervention. The research data were tested using the Wilcoxon statistical test and the Mann Whitney statistical test with significance α=0.05. The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test showed that there were no changes in LBP levels in the pretest-posttest of the control group with a pv value of 1000 (pv > 0.05), while the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test showed that there was a change in LBP levels in the pretest-posttest in the treatment group with a pv value of 0.000 (pv <0.05). The results of the Mann Whitney statistical test showed there was an effect of the desk stretches intervention in LBP levels in the posttest of the control group and the treatment group with a p-value of 0.017 (pv <0.05). The desk stretches is very effective to be applied to hand-rolled cigarette workers with LBP complaints. By doing desk stretches, back muscles are more flexible and it increases oxygen circulation to cells. Besides, desk stretches can be used as a reference for implementing safety and security at work, especially related to body alignment at work. Therefore, desk stretches can be used as a solution to reduce LBP complaints to workers in a continuous sitting position.
Muhammad Taukhid, Widyasih Sunaringtyas, Kiki Riska Nuraini Copyright (c) 2020 PROCEEDINGS INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF HEALTH, NURSING, AND EDUCATION https://jurnal.stikesbaptis.ac.id/index.php/ICHNE/article/view/498 Tue, 22 Sep 2020 02:53:10 +0000 COMPETENCE OF PRIMARY SURVEY ASSESSMENT IN JOURNAL SHARING OF CRITICAL CARE (JSCC) METHOD IN NERS PROFESSION STUDENTS https://jurnal.stikesbaptis.ac.id/index.php/ICHNE/article/view/499
Primary Survey is important to be achieved by nursing students in carrying out early detection of critical patient conditions.
